Level 3 Library:

• 15000 Energy, 300 Wood, 90 Ore and 120 Iron, 5 big Sapphires.

• Construction time: 32 hours.

• Upgrade speed up cost: 7500 Energy, 2 big Sapphires.

What gives:

Level 4 Library:
