* Upgrade speed up cost (Instant Upgrade Completion): 1500 Energy, 2 Small Topazes.

#### What gives:

* You can hire additional Level 1 [Pawns](/chess-zombies-wpeng/chess-pieces/pawn.md).
* Unlocks the ability to upgrade Pawns to level 3.
